Junior Mechanical Estimator Required We are seeking a Junior Mechanical Estimator for an award-winning M&E contractor, you will be joining a team with an outstanding reputation. Our client has several live projects across London and a pipeline of work until 2025, with fit-out packages ranging from 5 to 15 million you must be well versed in fast-paced projects, we require our junior mechanical estimator to have 3 years minimum onsite experience. On the job: * You will be working alongside the Senior Mechanical Estimator assisting on projects up to £15m. * Previous experience as a either a Junior Mechanical Estimator or Assistant Mechanical Estimator (3 years) operating within the Building Services sector * Assisting in obtaining competitive and accurate quotations from subcontractors and suppliers during the estimating process and help complete the bid package information * Reviewing and analysing proposal specifications, drawings, and any other documentation to prepare estimates * Liaise with the project, design, and planning teams * Keep an accurate record of quotations and working documents to support final estimates * Strong IT skills – Microsoft Office, Estimating Software Up for grabs: * £35,000 to £40,000 * Career progression & training * Pension & holiday * Company van For the latest M&E and Construction, jobs contact Sterling Site Solutions Also, follow our socials for industry insight and onsite bants
