Key responsibilities will include: Acting as the main point of contact for residents regarding access issues and general enquiries relating to the works. Scheduling appointments with residents based on dates provided by the Site Manager. Updating trackers and programmes with confirmed appointments, access arrangements, and any issues encountered. Conducting regular visits to properties in and around the Petersfield area. A laptop and mobile phone will be provided. As this is a resident-facing role, the successful candidate will be required to work on-site. The role will also require the use of own vehicle for daily property visits. Mileage will be reimbursed at 55p per mile.
