Job Description
Our client, a medium sized groundworks construction company based in Luton, Bedfordshire is seeking a Contracts Manager with minimum of 5 years’ experience in a project/contract managers role.
The ideal candidate will come with proven and good planning, change management and budgetary control skills and excellent time management skills. Piling/groundworks experience would be preferable but not essential.
Requirements
* SMSTS Qualified.
* CSCS card.
* Full clean driving license.
This is a Permanent position paying a competitive salary and £5k car allowance.
