Senior Estimator (Cladding)

Our client has is established within the industrial roofing and cladding sector based near Huckanall in Nottingham. Their projects consist for: flat roofing, metal roofing and cladding, as well a rainscreen cladding with values going up to £1 million. Now they are looking to expand their estimating division with the addition of a Cladding Estimator. The role: Evaluate client's enquiry documents, checking the feasibility of design within the parameters of the specified system, also site logistics, programme, building regulations. Issue tender documentation to trades/sub-contracto Attending client meetings to establish Clients' requirements and proposing recommendations. Estimating and tendering for projects across the UK. Working with various types of cladding systems including rainscreen and metal cladding. Developing both product and service knowledge to represent the company to the highest of standards. Liasing with Design, Contracts, Commercial and Office departments. Previous experience of estimating on cladding projects
