Job Description

Site Manager required for Tier 1 main contractor - Liverpool Our client are a prominent name in Liverpool, they have in recent years really pushed the boundaries in their developments, they are certainly lighting up the Merseyside skyline. Predominantly this client works on projects within the multi occupancy sector, either residential or hotels and as well as this they work on other projects within different sectors too. Typically projects are between £10m - £30m. In the role you will be working under a Senior Site Manager, with a Project Manager based on site too, from time to time you will be leading the site as a No.1. Requirements: * Ideally over 3 years in a Site Manager position * Experience of delivering at least 2 projects from start to finish * Experience within city centre construction is required (Residential, Hotels, Commercial spaces) Remuneration: * £45,000 £55,000 per annum DOE * Company car / Allowance * Pension * Healthcare The Application Process If you are interested in the role of Site Manager please apply and we will contact you within 3 working days if your application has been successful.
