Senior Site Manager

Senior Site Manager required for Contractor / Developer - Liverpool Our client are a prominent name in Liverpool, they have in recent years really pushed the boundaries in their developments, they are certainly lighting up the Merseyside skyline. Predominantly this client works on projects within the multi occupancy sector, either residential or hotels and as well as this they work on other projects within different sectors too. Typically projects are between £10m - £30m. They are seeking an all rounder of a Senior Site Manager, someone with a track record of delivering projects from contract awarded stage through to handing over to the client.
