Contracts Manager

Seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to work on 4 jobs on mutiple sites. The projects range from £100K to £300K in the domestic market of extensions and refurbishments with commercial projects set to follow. All jobs are in and around Bristol. The Contracts Manager will work to programmes, ensure finances are correctly set for each job and in budget, have a trades background and ideally know of local trades to source and place. One stage interview will held in Bristol week commencing 14th September. There is an opportunity to work long-term and possibly go permanent. For more information, please call me or apply with your CV
