Maintenance Engineer

Maintenance Engineer job available to work at a modern and stylish 4 star hotel based in Marble Arch, London W1C. The salary offered for the job is up to £32k pa and working 40hrs per week, 5 days out of 7. JOB DUTIES * Carry out preventive maintenance and reactive maintenance within the hotel. * Ensure all guest related queries are resolved promptly. * Carry out electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, masonry and carpentry work. * Responsible for the inventory stock lists. * Ensure jobs are carried out safely and that procedures are adhered to. JOB REQUIREMENTS * Someone who has previous job experience working in a hotel environment would be suitable * Preferably be multi skilled and have good knowledge of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, masonry and carpentry work. * Be hardworking with excellent customer service skills. JOB LOCATION The Maintenance Engineer job is based near Marble Arch station, London W1C 1LY.
