COMPANY: Tier 1 Main Contractor - £700m Turnover Location: South Birmingham Area Role: Site Manager Projects: New Build Industrial Units ranging in value from £20m to £120m Our client is currently looking to grow their delivery team due to new project awards in the south midlands area. It is vital that you have solid experience working on similar industrial new build projects previously. We are looking for a Manager that is familiar with all stages of construction, you will support the team reporting to a senior project manager/director.
