Health & Safety Manager – External Refurbishments & Fire Stopping £40k-£45k plus Van & Fuel Card London The Company We are in partnership with one of the leading external refurbishment and passive fire protection contractors in the UK. They provide services such as concrete repair, brickwork repair, heritage building restoration air sealing, fire stopping, fire door installations and more much more. Due to continued growth and a huge pipeline of upcoming projects, they are now on the lookout for a Health & Safety Manager with a broad range of experience to come in and become a key part of the overall group. The Role The Health & Safety Manager will have responsibility for various divisions within the group. The individual will have overall responsibility for the health and safety of the company and ensuring employees are adhering to the group policy. Responsibilities will include: Managing audits liaising with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders Conducting regular site visits and producing report of findings Implementing preventative and remedial health and safety procedures and processes Production of RAMS as required by relevant legislation Arranging personnel training as required Investigate incidents under RIDDOR Promoting a health and safety culture throughout the organisation Ensuring compliance to the relevant ISO accreditations The Candidate The candidate must be an accomplished Health & Safety Manager and have experience working on external refurbishment work and fire stopping services.
