Working Foreman – Fire Door Installations £35k-£40k plus Van & Fuel Card London The Company We are in partnership with one of the leading installations and restoration contractors of fire doors, screens & frames. This includes screen sets in multi-storey buildings, front entrance door sets and communal doors. They have been successfully trading for almost 30 years. Due to continued growth and a huge pipeline of upcoming projects, they are now on the lookout for a Working Foreman with experience in fire door installations. They work on projects all around the UK but most of the work in is London. You will be given full support and be given a clear career path to work your way up through the company. The company have an extremely strong staff retention rate and they are a strong advocate for loyalty and longevity. Our client has a great reputation in the industry, and you will be joining an extremely strong site team. The role of the Working Foreman Reporting into the Contracts Manager, your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: Overall responsibility to successfully deliver all construction projects on time and within agreed budget Managing all direct operatives and sub-contractors, ensuring planned works are completed on time, whilst minimizing disruption to residents and the public Working closely with the supply chain and clients, providing market leading technical expertise Overall responsibility for the P&L of your projects To be successful as a Working Foreman you will need to possess the following: 3 years’ + experience working on similar projects Ambitious and driven to progress Be able to start within 4 weeks If this role sounds of interest to you, then please apply to the advert or give Sam Taylor a call on (phone number removed)
