Requirements: · Experience of Logikal software. · Knowledge of Senior Architectural Systems, Metal Technology systems preferred. · Knowledge of fabrication, production, glass and installation. · The ability to accurately ‘take-off’ drawings and specifications. · Produce high value tenders covering all aspects of curtain walling, windows and doors. · Ability to maintain & develop professional relationships with clients. · You should be confident, reliable and a team player. · Excellent time management and negotiating skill are required · Self-motivated with the drive and enthusiasm to succeed · Experience in the construction industry is a necessity to understand construction tender drawings. · Strong knowledge of Microsoft word, Excel
