Job Description
Our client is a main contractor who specialise in the construction and refurbishment of commercial, retail and warejhouse projects across the UK. They are currently looking for a Site Manager for a 6 - 8 week contract to oversee the fit out of a warehouse in Motherwell.
This contract will start on the Monday 14/09/2020.
As the Site Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Checking and preparing site reports, designs and drawings
- Inductions to site
- Supervising contracted staff
- Managing subcontractors
- Conducting safety inspections and ensuring construction and site safety
- Reporting into visiting Project Manager
Site Manager Requirements:
- CSCS, SMSTS & First Aid
- Experience Managing fit out projects.
