The Role This reputable company are on the lookout for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their efficient team in their highways sector in order to carry out a portfolio of contracts ranging from £1 Million to £10 Million. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be in charge of works to be carried out on their Section 278, Section 38 and Section 104 Infrastructure Contracts. These contracts are done using a number of different contract types including a bespoke type, the NEC contract type, ICC and even JCT at times. Knowledge of many different contracts is key. You would find yourself joining a strong team of 8 Quantity Surveyors. Requirements * AT LEAST 5 years experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor * Experience in the Highways sector, preferably on Section 278, Section 38 & Section 104 Infrastructure contracts * Knowledge of many different contract types including NEC, JCT and ICC * Managed a portfolio of contracts before between the values of £1 Million - £10 Million * Ability to work autonomously on a portfolio of contracts If you are interested in the above opportunity, please get in touch with Ryan using the contact details provided
