Caretaker

Caretaker Job available to work at a school near Dunton Green, Kent TN13. Working part time M-F 25hrs pw. Pay rate £9.00p/h. Temporary ongoing would lead to permanent position. JOB DUTIES * Provide responsive caretaking services including: cleaning and maintaining the school grounds. * Carry out minor repairs and maintenance. * Report any maintenance issues and ensure that they are resolved. * Carry out building checks, deal with contractors and visitors. JOB REQUIREMENTS * Preferred candidates will have a recent DBS check. * Ideally have worked in a Caretaker Job previously in a school environment. * To be physically fit and have good organisational skills.
