Senior Design Manager, Manchester Main Contractor An opportunity for a Senior Design Manager to work on a significant project that is undergoing construction and particular phases of the development still require design work and value engineering. We are looking for a Design Management professional that has strong technical knowledge of the full construction process of residential development schemes, from external facades engineering to internals fit out and interior design. You will have experience of working as a Design Manager within a Main Contractor environment, with significant design management experience with a professional Engineering or architectural qualification. Detailed knowledge and experience of delivery of residential apartment schemes is essential.
