Construction Manager Our client is looking to appoint a Construction Manager to their team due to a time of exponential growth. This is a vibrant consultancy based in the construction industry that works on a variety of projects both inside and outside of the U.K. This role will require you to sit client-side as this is the main focus of the business, covering off a variety of commercial and industrial projects Construction Manager Responsibilities: * Oversee projects valued from £1million to £20Million * Manage project Budgets and commercials in projects * Manage the project from Conception to Handover * Assist and offer technical advice to clients and contractors * People management for various size teams Construction Manager Key Skills: * Track record delivering projects timelines and profitable * Sound communication skills and relationship builder * Have an ability to influence all who work on your project * Happy to work on various projects throughout the UK and Europe * Chartered or working towards Chartership advantageous This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-moving vibrant company who continues to grow in a time of uncertainty due to the reputation in the market.
