A Leading and Award winning Drylining Contractor based in the Southern Home Counties with a solid reputation in the industry have recently won a Project which is about to start in the Berkshire area.
They have a turnover coming up to £20m established for over 50 years and have an excellent reputation for qulaity in the drylining market.
Project
The current project they require a Project Manager and two Site Manager's for is valued at £4.1m, it is a reisdential development in the Newbury Area.
The project would be overseeing the Drylining and assoicated works, you would need to have experience working with a drylining subcontractor.
Duties and Responsiblities
* Working with the Contractors managers to get issues resolved
* Working with the client’s managers to get issues resolved, sequencing of programme and day work signed off
* Working to programme
* Ordering materials
* Checking drawings for issues and changes
* Checking the working areas are ready to start work
* Instructing and Managing Labour on site
* Being responsible for health and safety on site
* Carrying out toolbox talks, inductions, ensuring PPE is worn
* Logging events on site in the site diary
* Emailing the clients to inform them of issues onsite
* Paperwork including RFI's, Handovers, checklists, inspections, etc
* SMSTS or SSSTS required
