Administrator – Construction Southampton 25 Hours Per Week Salary up to £25,000 (Pro Rata) + 22 Days Holiday I am representing a Fire Risk & Facade Remedial Specialist based near Southampton who is searching for an Administrator to support their busy building surveying team. You will have consultancy or construction administration experience and be willing to work in a fast-paced, busy and friendly office environment. Who are you? You will be someone who is self-motivated, enthusiastic, flexible, reliable and dependable. You will possess exceptional standards of customer service. The Role * Have experience of working in a general administrative support role within the construction sector. * Communicate effectively with all parts of the business both internally and externally. * Professionally answer telephone, taking/forwarding messages, diary management and minute taking as required. * Dealing with incoming and outgoing post. * Have Microsoft experience including Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. * Have a can-do attitude and be flexible. * Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and accuracy. * Confident communication and customer liaison skills. * Able to multi-task and work to firm deadlines.
