LNT Care Developments are currently looking for an Assistant Land Manager to join their team.

The role includes building new connections with agents and reviewing all development sites on our in-house software system assessing whether the site is for us in terms of demographics and plot shapes and sizes. You will be required to liaise with our own in-house construction company.
The ideal person will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be descriptive with report writing. You will be required to visit sites to further review and asses competitor homes within the area and have weekly trips to head office in Leeds 25. You will then be required to present your findings to the team before submitting offers to purchase sites. You will then assist the Land Director through the Acquisition process to final purchase of the land.
