Senior Surveyor

Permanent job for a senior surveyor to work with one of the largest housing associations in the UK. Your new company This is a large housing association with a portfolio of 31,000 properties across the North West. They build and manage their properties with their customers being at the forefront of everything that they do. Their aim is to bring affordable housing to those who need it most. Your new role You will be managing a portfolio of 31,000 properties and be responsible for managing planned investment programme which will include technical aspect such as mechanical, electrical and fire services as well as refurbishment and installs of bathrooms, kitchens, roofs. You will be managing the work on site, manage sub-contractors, deliver scope and specification of work as well as report to the board. What you'll need to succeed You must be RICS or CIOB qualified and poses a relevant degree. You will be able to work autonomously and have great organisation skills to carry out the work on time, within budget and to the correct standards. You will be a client facing individual with the well-being of the customers at the forefront of your mind.
