Engineer, RC Junior

RC Junior Site Engineer, ideally degree qualified in Civil Engineering with 1-2 years relevant experience on RC frames working for RC frame contractors in London. Able to use AutoCAD, helping with setting out, good communication skills are essential. £(Apply online only) UTR per shift. Working for the Principal contractor. The Role. Working with a team of 3 Engineers, helping with setting out on new build RC frames to 40 storeys. Able to ensure that accurate line and level is provided, working with the foremen for the chippies and fixers, giving information as required. The Project: Comprises a mixed £350m+ Residential / Commercial development. The project is starting to accelerate and offers an opportunity to someone prepared to demonstrate enthusiasm. The Project includes 400 plus high spec residential units, plus commercial and leisure space. Principal contractor role. Site based to offer accurate line and level setting out, advice and involvement on a high-profile scheme. You need good multi-storey RC frame experience. You must be self-motivated with good relevant previous experience. Your Communication skills must be strong in both oral and written expression. Your role will involve working closely with the Site Team. You must be able to use Leica robotic and non-robotic equipment; capable in CAD with the ability to download drawings and upload technical queries and as-builts.
