Site Manager

Norse are looking for a Site Manager for a large project in Peterborough. The project will be a large steel framed build so the successful Site Manager must have experience with this type of build. This is a LIVE site, so there will be pedestrians working in offices on parts of the site. Therefore, ensuring their safety during the works will be a key part of the role. Site Manager will also have to liaise directly with clients so must have the ability to communicate with people at all levels using appropriate technical and non-technical language. months The project is expected to fun for 32 weeks (8 months) from mid-September.. Site Manager will have experience in managing and delivering similar projects. You will be responsible for project delivery, planning & program coordination, managing site team and site staff, and health & safety. Must also be computer literate able to use Microsoft packages.
