Mechanical Contract Manager

Mechanical Contract Manager required for South Coast ME Contractor An established M&E Design & Build Contractor are looking to recruit Mechanical Contracts Manager to join their thriving Mechanical Department, to be based on projects across the South Coast. Offering a wide scope of Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health services, they have a history of successful projects in most market sectors, working mainly with major contractors, and also government and local authority departments. They carry out installation works for schools, care homes, industrial, residential, hospitals, prisons and other public service organisations Typical project values are up to £2million (Mechanical value). Duties and Responsibilities : To deliver installations of all mechanical services from client order from to handover to client and our expectations. Site surveys. Procurement of materials and Subcontractor Services Delivery of projects to budget and on time. Supervising of Employees and Subcontractors Client liaising including via email, telephone and face to face. Ensure all aspects of health and safety for each project are delivered. Provide technical support and advise to employees, Subcontractors and Clients Produce O+M Manuals. Provide variation costs to clients. Management of building services contracts including expanding the business within the current contracts. In return you will receive a competitive salary between £50,000 - £57,000 per annum (Depending on experience) + Company Vehicle. The role will be based primarily from the company's Office (Dorset) but will also include travel to projects.
