Housing Site Manager

Summary: We require an experienced Housing Site Manager in Whitby for holiday cover week commencing 7th September. This position requires someone with extensive knowledge as a Site Manager on housing projects. Your role will include: * Responsibility of managing the full house build * Liaising with clients, subcontractors and the design team * Preparing and writing method statements, ITP's and risk assessments * Site set up and compliance with health and safety * Planning and programming of the works * Weekly progress meetings and producing the required timeline of works/action points. * Management of site teams Skills & Qualifications: Must have a valid SMSTS, full first aid and CSCS.
