Draughtsperson

Our client who work within the Aluminium commercial Curtain Walling, window and door industry are looking to recruit a Design CAD Draughtsperson based at their offices in the South London region. You will be responsible for the, preparation of tender, conceptual, elevation, general arrangement, detail, setting out and workshop drawings/schedules etc, as well as administration, liaison and clerical duties associated with the projects by the drawing/design office. Attend sites and carry out surveys, attend design meetings with architects, clients and suppliers. You may be required to attend seminars, lectures and courses to improve your own and the company's standing within the industry. You may be asked to carry out additional tasks outside your normal duties, which will be agreed to on an individual basis as and when they arise. Good English speaking and reading skills is essential for safety and communication. The ideal candidate will have 3 - 5 years Design CAD draughting in the aluminium commercial curtain walling, window and/or door industry. The company are using Autocad 2016 - Autocad 2017 Inventor and Vault. Salaries are dependent upon level of relevant experience (In the region of £32-37.5k). 22 days holiday + bank holidays. Working hours are 8.30am to 5.30pm Monday - Friday with one hour for lunch
