Multi Trader

An experienced Multi Trader is required for a leading property developer in the Brentwood area of Essex. Duties: Our client is currently in the strip out stage of a large refurbishment. Requirements: * You must have at least 2 years’ experience as a Multi Trader from a development/refurbishment background * You must have experience and be confident in the following trades: Plumbing, Electrics, Carpentry and tiling * You must have experience of working on a large refurbishment project * You must have your own tools and van * You must be able to commute to the Brentwood area * You must have your own PPE £15 - £16 per hour - Guaranteed 40 hours per week (Saturdays are optional) If you are interested in this role and have the required experience then please call us on the office line or email your CV to our info email address
