Senior Quantity Surveyor- M&E

The business:
A blue chip MEP subcontractor, specialising in large infrastructure and commercial works
The Role:
Negotiating and liaising with suppliers and sub-contractors
Running weekly progress reports with Project Managers
Drafting and preparation of weekly Business Performance Review (BPR) information
Advise project management on contractual implications of intended courses of action
Assisting with the preparation of final account, including pricing
Hold and present at final account meetings is essential.
All commercial duties including measurement, valuation and agreement of work sections
Management and reporting of monthly costs
Assisting in preparation of claims
Identifying change and administering change control process
Communicating clearly and confidently to a professional standard.
To Apply:
You must have experience in the following:
Working for a mechanical and/ or electrical subcontractor
A degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying
At least 8 years of commercial experience
