Facades Manager

Facades Manager CSR group is looking for an experienced Facades Manager to oversee a large project in Glasgow City Centre. The company is one of Northern Ireland’s largest Construction Companies who have excelled in all sectors of the industry. They have delivered high quality projects all over the UK and Ireland Excellent packages available including flights and accommodation The Role · Maintaining the highest of health and safety standards at all times. · Working closely with the Project Manager. · Management of sub-contractors, installers, labourers etc. · Recording of site diaries · Attending all relevant meetings · Responsible for the highest quality of work, on time and within budget The Person · 5 years’ previous experience in a similar position. · Excellent communication skills · Main Contracting experience · Large Commercial Projects experience £8million + · Trade Qualification or Construction related qualification · Ability to work to tight deadlines
