Regeneration & Development Manager

Regeneration & Development Manager required ASAP based in Greenwich. Our client are delivering a number of high profile regeneration programmes including estate renewal, investment programmes, infrastructure projects and the development of active and prosperous town centres. This post has the key role in ensuring delivery of this agenda in a timely and expeditious manner. The Regeneration and Development Manager is required to provide technical advice in respect of development, planning and property matters including land assembly and landlord and tenant and to ensure the effective delivery of a number of regeneration projects and programmes. To lead on the delivery of a number of key development projects and programme including the regeneration at Kidbrooke Village. Commission and manage multi-disciplinary consultant teams to support project development and implementation. Lead and be responsible for the implementation of projects, programme and initiatives in line with the strategies and priorities. Manage up 20-30 indirectly managed consultancy/contracting staff.
