It might just tick all the boxes for you. This is a 10-year-old, £25m turnover contractor, that work on complex and challenging residential refurbishment / fit-out contracts (traditional contracts NOT Design & Build|). They have secured a full order book until the end of 2021 with contracts going in to 2022, and require a site manager to join them on this exciting journey. Typically, the site Manager will be expected to take full autonomy of one scheme as the No1 on site, allowing exacting attention to detail, absolute commitment, and a pro-active approach. The schemes are valued between £2m and £8m in areas such as Chelsea, Notting Hill, Kensington and Mayfair, and they have recently secured a £10m project in Holland Park. The successful candidate will be a fully-fledged site manager, with recent experience of prime central London traditional refurbishment projects. Time spent with previous employers is a big appeal. Suitable candidates will be able to demonstrate successful delivery on similar super prime London residential refurbishments as a No1 Site Manager. Each and every employee is excellent.
