Site Manager Location: South London Reason: Expansion Package: Strong basic and Package - DOE Rytons Associates are excited to be working with a business that have the ambition to become a Medium/Large House Builder in the South East, and you have the opportunity to get in fairly early on. This client has a pipeline of projects in place that makes them also one of the most secure right now. Our client requires a Site Manager / Senior Site Manager / Project Manager to lead one of their Residential projects. You will be the project lead on a 60 unit project with commercial underneath. You will be leading a highly important project and delivering an exceptional end product. About you as a Site Manager / Senior Site Manager / Project Manager A proven track record of successful delivery of residential schemes in a similar role as a No 1 Experience of commercial and residential build projects Proven experience in managing teams and excellent health and safety management skills Knowledge of traditional build Track record of delivering projects on time and within budget Excellent communication skills A current CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid If you are a Site Manager / Senior Site Manager / Project Manager, leading as No1 on a project and looking for a new challenge and/or job security, please apply today.
