Senior Quantity Surveyor

This leading developer have an immediate requirement for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on a new build residential project in Hertfordshire on a long term contract basis or temp to perm. Our client is working on a 120 unit traditional build project within Hertfordshire and they need a capable Senior to work as a number 1 for the project. For this role you will have been involved with a number of projects within the residential sector, for either main contractors or developers. A Quantity Surveying qualification is required, and you will have worked for some leading construction companies during your career as a Quantity Surveyor. To apply for this position, you must have experience working on medium sized schemes (£10M+) and have also worked on either residential - developers, commercial or residential construction projects for the past 5 years.
