Capital Projects Manager

Working across a varied estate, current vacancy for a Capital Projects Manager. The role will involve a new modular build to eradicate dormitories across the organisation. Ideally you will have worked on high value capital projects and have worked within a healthcare setting. Contract is potentially on going with programme running until 2022. The role will further support clinical services in identifying property for current and new service contracts, undertaking feasibility studies and development of drawings, specifications, cost plans and associated business cases to obtain formal approval. To champion innovative, flexible and financially effective use of space across the portfolio. Take the lead in the preparation of significant strategic business cases & ensuring the preparation of progress reports across all capital workstreams applicable to the agreed capital programme.
