Electrical Qualifying Supervisor

There is a new opportunity for an experienced Electrical Qualifying Supervisor to join an established team who have recently secured a large repairs & maintenance contract covering over 10,000 homes in the Greater Manchester region. The role is ideal for an experienced and fully qualified Electrician who has the ability to sign off Electrical work for the companies property portfolio. The Electrical Qualified Supervisor will be expected to: Ensure Electrical work complies with current BS 7671 standards delivered by the branch and to maintain its registration as a NICEIC approved Electrical installation contractor. Assume day-to-day responsibility for the safety, technical standard and quality of all categories of electrical work, including installation, certification of works, repair and alterations carried out under the scope of the contract. Understand the inspection, testing, verification, certification and reporting procedures for the range of electrical work undertaken. The successful Electrical Qualified Supervisor will ideally fit the below requirements: Previous experience of working as an Electrical Qualifying Supervisor, Electrical QS or Electrical Manager. C&G (2394 & 2395) or 2391 Testing and Inspection. C&G 17th / 18th Edition IET Regulations BS7671. The salary and benefits for the Electrical Qualified Supervisor is dependent on experience, but includes: Full-time position, direct role with the employer who offer genuine progression. £30 - 35,000.
