Job Description

My client is a leading international specialist access provider offering clients the design, supply in the construction industry. I currently recruiting for an experienced Business Development Executive based in the Midlands or North West of England. The successful candidate will be responsible for securing new business across the mast climber and hoist divisions. Experience in Construction is a must and access desirable. Working under the direction of the Business Development Manager and Company Directors, the role is an all-encompassing one with specific focus on securing new business across the range of services offered with both new and existing clients. Duties to include but not limited to: * Obtaining work winning tendering opportunities in Midlands and North West * Converting / securing priced tenders * Building long term relationships with new and existing customers * Maintain / update CRM database in line with current tenders and future work. * Following up enquiries * Actively demonstrate leadership throughout the sales cycle and during the “closing process” Skills required: * Pro-active and self-motivated * Proven track record of business growth in a previous role * Excellent communication skills * Strong IT skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint * Be able to prioritise workload within a busy environment * Construction Industry experience desirable
