Fit Out UK are a leading interior fit out contractor with nationwide coverage working in the Retail, Leisure, Commercial & Residential Sectors. We are committed to providing a safe working environment for all employees and due to continued business growth, we are seeking a new Health and Safety Project Support team member. Key Responsibilities Duties include providing general administration assistance to site teams including updating and issuing health and safety paperwork such as assisting with completion of site safety files, construction phase plans and RAMS. The role involves assisting with formatting PowerPoint presentations and site emergency and logistics plans. The role holder will obtain and review asbestos reports for upcoming projects as well as archiving health and safety documentation. As part of the role you will have administration and coordination duties such as collating and scanning site documents and updating relevant trackers, coordinating inspection records associated with company premises including collation of all supporting documentation and evidence You will be responsible for monitoring the company training matrix ensuring that it is kept updated in a timely manner. Key Skills and Requirements As a Health and Safety Project Support you will have excellent communication skills both written and verbal, strong Microsoft office skills, be self-motivated, flexible, with the ability to work accurately on an independent basis always giving attention to detail. Previous construction and/or health and safety experience is advantageous. The successful candidate will have a positive attitude and work ethic with the ability to develop ongoing relationships.
