Job Description
Our Main Contractor client is looking to employ an experienced New Build Social Housing Site Manager to run projects throughout the West Yorkshire region ideally available to join the business in October to start a new project in November.
You will be responsible for the complete day to day running of the site on a daily basis including site and sub-contractor supervision, Health & Safety, CDM, Client Liaison, Site Meetings, Toolbox Talks and dealing with any build or program variations.
The ideal candidate with have 5 years + experience of running new build Social Housing projects with a value of £5M - £8M as the project lead and will be able to demonstrate their ability to work autonimously with the support of a visiting Contracts Manager.
