Quantity Surveyor

Quantity Surveyor – Civils Plymouth £45,000 – 50,000 + package Are you a Quantity Surveyor with civils engineering experience? This could be the perfect opportunity for you, Sphere Solutions are working with a regional contractor to recruit an experienced Quantity Surveyor with good civils experience to join their team in Plymouth on a permanent basis. The role will be diverse and you will be working on a range of schemes – covering earthworks, drainage, highways, deep excavation and groundworks packages. Taking financial responsibility for a number of sites at any one time. The role will be all encompassing and involve pre construction elements also, assisting with tenders and estimating, through to valuations and variations, financial forecasting and final accounts. You will join an experienced commercial team and take responsibility for a key number of clients and sites. Both a BSc in Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineering and HNC will be considered, good main /regional contracting civil engineering experience is essential for this role. In return for your expertise, on offer is a salary ranging from £45 - £50,000, company car / car allowance and 25 days annual leave.
