Role: P402 Asbestos Surveyor + Demolition Estimator Salary: £25,000 - £40,000 + vehicle + Benefits Location: Catterick The Client: My client is an independent regional Asbestos multi-discipline works contractor, working across all sectors in the built environment and asbestos industry. The Role: This position is for a P402 Qualified Asbestos Surveyor ideally with some Demolition Estimation/Pricing Experience. You will ideally have a 10 years’ experience in a similar role however my client is flexible on this. You will have experience of Asbestos Surveying across several sites including Industrial, Commercial, Residential, Historic/Estates. Demolition experience is desirable. Duties include Carrying out Asbestos Management Surveys and Asbestos demolition surveys for a range of domestic, commercial and industrial properties, Liaising with clients from a mixture of industries and seniority levels - building and maintaining a good rapport with the company's mixed portfolio of clients, Collating information and producing comprehensive reports, Producing and submitting comprehensive reports when required. The Candidate: Ideally with is minimum 10 years Asbestos experience across Industrial, Commercial and Residential you will have a good work ethic and have the ability to work independently and carry out the work effectively and within a set timeline. You must be flexible to travel to sites designated by the client. Some Demolition Estimator/Price experience is desirable The Package: £26,000 – £40,000 (Depending on experience and previous work history) + Holidays + Pension + Vehicle
