Senior Quantity Surveyor

This role offers the chance to join one of the leading Construction companies in the UK Their successful utilities division works in partnership with South West Water to treat and discharge over 600,000 tonnes of sewage and produce 650 mega litres of drinking water at 32 water treatment works. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our commercial team in Exeter. Your main responsibility will be to ensure commercially, we are delivering accurately on the contract, liaising with the project teams, ensure cash flow is maximised and timely evaluation of final quantities. What do we need from you? We need someone who's got previous experience in a similar role, possess an appropriate qualification and have sound commercial and business knowledge. You must have experience working with NEC suite of contracts or similar.
