My client specialises in joinery and carpentry across the residential and commercial sectors in London. They are family business run business and have friendly yet professional culture within the business. They developed a strong business with a £75million turnover since they established over 25 years ago. It is imperative that you have a strong joinery understanding and have worked for a sub contractor for a minimum of three years in the UK market. The Estimator will possess the following Experience of pricing projects from first principle Ability to work to a variety of forms of contracts – JCT, Design & Build, Bespoke and Traditional.
