Kier Housing Maintenance provides services across both the public and private sector, focusing in particular on the local authority, housing association and private rented sectors. We work in the Housing repairs and maintenance sector, Voids, planned works, project work (including non-housing) and fire safety. Kier Housing maintenance have an excellent opportunity for a Site Manager to join our team Some of your will be responsibilities: Responsible for monitoring and approving completed works to ensure compliance with contract quality requirements and the compilation of records to demonstrate the conformity of the works. Provide continuous improvement support to operational delivery through regular training, the introduction of new technology, improved processes and increased resource competency. Manage subcontractors to ensure all servicing streams are serviced within their anniversary date, certificates are completed in full and provided to the Client in a timely manner. All repairs to be completed within timescale. Make sure project risks are identified and managed through effective mitigation measures. To provide expert advice, support and guidance to specifically assigned contracts during day to day, business as usual operational activities and during audits from external third-party organisations. Ensure that agreed quality controls in place are fully understood and implemented. Providing site training/mentoring to allow for independent technical support and knowledge.What are we looking for?: Suitable compliance management experience and proven background in a similar role Working knowledge of Health and Safety at Work Full understanding of risk management.
