Kier Housing Maintenance provides services across both the public and private sector, focusing in particular on the local authority, housing association and private rented sectors. We work in the Housing repairs and maintenance sector, Voids, planned works, project work (including non-housing) and fire safety.
Kier Housing maintenance have an excellent opportunity for a Contracts Manager to join our team
Some of your will be responsibilities:
Responsible for financial performance of contract/s and maximise margin
Plan and prioritise workload to achieve service delivery
Development of strategies to fully maximise the benefits available from the utilisation of directly employed and subcontractors
Overall responsibility for portfolio of contracts in relation to performance both financially and in line contract requirements
Ensure clear communication with workforce, customers, line management, office support staff, subcontractors and third party supplier.What are we looking for?:
Previous experience and have Managing ISOH Certificate
Knowledge of statuary requirements and current legislation
Have an in-depth knowledge and experience in building services, statuary regulations and compliance
Asbestos P402/P405/P406.
