Designer - Facades

Facade Designer Up to £50,000 (depending on experience) + company bonus + pension Must have rainscreen experience Firmly established as one of the UK's leading Building Envelope Contractors, our client is a specialist in delivering Roofing and Cladding refurbishment & maintenance projects to blue-chip organisations across the United Kingdom. Due to continued growth, we now have a significant opportunity for a Facade Designer to make a long-term permanent career move to the business and work on a number of exciting projects across the South of England. Main responsibilities of the role: * Designing building envelope projects with a focus on roofing and rainscreen cladding * Design Curtain Walling for façade packages, ranging from £250k to £2 million in value * Produce Installation drawings * Interpreting Architects concept drawings and applying our designs to the façade. * Understand and interpret budgets and keep design in line with the same * Attending design meetings when required * Meeting tight deadlines * Working in a busy design office * Carrying out other duties requested by the Technical Design Manager In return for an experienced Facade Designer with Rainscreen experience our client will pay up to £50k + company bonus and pension If you are available and have at least 2-3 years of facade design experience, including rainscreening experience, please contact Luke at McCormack Partners on (phone number removed)
