Site Manager (Internals)

Our client is a multi-award winning, successful & respected residential developer with extra emphasis on delivering extremely highly regarded mixed use schemes. An exciting yet challenging opportunity has arisen for a Site Manager to join their project team based in their project offices in West London. The team is packed with experienced and motivated individuals which has been built specifically for this development. The project is in its 2nd phase which comprises of over 200 new build apartments. Scope of Works: The successful candidate will be overseeing a number of apartments from white box through to handover (CML). Naturally you will be managing all internal trades with additional duties highlighted below; Typical Day to day duties will include (but not limited to): • You will be responsible for adhering to the construction programme for your areas of work • Providing weekly progress reports to your Project Manager & Project Director • Produce short term programmes to suit the trades you'll be managing • Full management of the designated sub-contractors including coordination • Be responsible for all aspects of health and safety • Maintaining quality control procedures To be considered for this role, you will have longevity on your cv as well experience with working with either residential developers and or main contractors.
