Estates Completion Manager

Abatec is assisting a highly regarded Groundworks subcontractor with the recruitment of a freelance Estates Completion Manager. The successful Manager will be responsible for completing live groundworks packages on a new housing developments around Somerset. As Estates Completion Manager you will: * Be responsible for 4-5 schemes, liaising with developers and local authorities, ensuring that projects are completed and handed over on schedule and to the clients satisfaction. * Ensure that industry health & safety legislation and standards are upheld. * Liaise regularly with the client on any concerns at regular project meetings. Our client requires an Estates Completion Manager with: * Valid CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid certificates. * A good understating of construction health & safety protocols. * Excellent communication skills. * HND/HNC/Degree in Civil Engineering. * Previous experience of working for a Groundworks subcontractor on volume housing developments.
