Stock Condition Surveyor Freelance Job - London Description Stock Condition Surveyor Freelance Job - London wanted for immediate contract work. Our client, an established Global Construction Consultancy, with major worldwide MOD contracts. Responsibilities Working closely with The MOD here in The UK, you will be responsible for the completion of all fiscal compliance, averaging 5-8 surveys per day. Based in and around the London and Home Counties, the workload focuses on Void Properties, ensuring that compliance is key, with good attention to detail for the completion of all relevant documentation. Duties will include full asset checks, property maintenance assessment management, planning and scheduling, identifying Health and Safety Issues, accurate logging of HHRSRS Surveys, producing photographic images of all surveys including internal and external works, raising non-compliances, document control. The ability to travel is essential, coupled with excellent client facing communication skills. Qualifications The critical requirement is for SC Cleared candidates, who can evidence a proven track record of MOD/Central Government exposure. Job Benefits An excellent day rate is availeble.
