Multi Trade Operative (Reactive Maintenance) Mobile Position covering Croydon. £19 (Ltd) p/h Mon - Fri 08.00 - 17:00 Temporary position Our client, a Large Housing Association, urgently require Multi Traders to join their busy team. The contract is covering the Croydon area, You will need to be competent & happy to do all multi trade skills, including a knowledge of the below; Basic Plumbing, Carpentry, Tiling, Plastering, Painting & Decorating etc. Managing a high volume of Reactive Maintenance jobs to undertake within specific time frames, Provide high customer service with dealing with Residents/ Tenants, Liaise with the planning team in regard to updates on work.Qualifications to include - Desirable NVQ Level 2 or City & Guilds QualificationsYou will require a valid driving licence and will need your own vehicle. Please note information for a security check (DBS) will be required prior to contract commencement Previous experience within social housing is advantageous
