Project Quantity Surveyor

This leading main contractor have an immediate requirement for a Project Quantity Surveyor to work on social housing refurbishment project in Kent on a long term contract basis to cover maternity leave. Our client is working on multiple projects within Kent/ the surroundings and they need a capable Project Surveyor to report into a Senior Quantity Surveyor. For this role you will have been involved with a number of projects within the social housing or residential sector, for either developers or main contractors. A Quantity Surveying qualification is required, and you will have worked for some leading construction companies during your career as a Quantity Surveyor. To apply for this position, you must have experience working on medium sized schemes (£10M+) and have also worked on either residential - developers, education, retail, leisure, commercial or residential construction projects for the past 5 years.
